Environmental philosophy

For "Contribute to the development of a prosperous society", TOTOKU TORYO Co., LTD. strive to continuously improve environmental protection of corporate activities related to enameled wire varnish and functional adhesive, and work to achieve harmony between the local community and the environment.

 Activity policy

1. We accurately grasp environmental impacts from corporate activities of raw material procurement to post-sales use, service, and disposal. We prevent pollution and carry out conservation activities to the extent possible.
2. We review environmental management system at environmental management committee for continuous improvement, and strive to prevent environment pollution.
3. Comply with environmental laws, regulations, ordinances, and regional agreements.
4. We reduce the environmental load by considering production, logistics, use, recycling, and disposal from the product development stage.
5. We investigate, examine and review environmental impact caused by corporate activities, in order to reduce environmental impact and we will promote energy conservation and resource saving.
6. We thoroughly notify the environmental policy to whole company through in-company bulletin board and internal network, and we publish it to outside on the homepage.

Waste reduction and energy saving We reuse by-products and emissions　gas from production activities (chemical reactions)for the multi-fuel fired boiler not to affect environment.We also use generated thermal energy for heat source of reaction and dissolution apparatus, and it contributes to waste reduction.
8.1% of carbon emissions will be reduced by changing heavy oil A to natural gas for one heat transfer medium boiler.
